Since the reform and opening up, Guangdong Province make full use of the advantages of adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao and national policy advantage advantage, actively undertake international industrial transfer, develop foreign trade,attract foreign direct investment, the economy maintained a high growth momentum.With the development of world economic integration and the international industrial transfer tide of the continuous expansion and deepening of international industry transfer, which plays a more important role in optimizing the industrial structure of Guangdong Province. Since the 2008 global financial crisis, the global emergence of a new round of the wave of world economy structure adjustment, Guangdong Province should firmly grasp this opportunity, actively undertake international industrial transfer, promote the optimization of industrial structure, accelerate economic transformation and upgrading, create a new pattern of all-round opening to the outside world.In this paper, we take the influence of the international industry transfer to the industrial structure as the research object, based on the present status of Guangdong Province industry structure as the starting point, the integrated use of knowledge economics, theoretical analysis and empirical test of Guangdong Province to undertake industrial structure optimization effect of international industry transfer.First, the theoretical basis of systematic analysis of the relevant international industrial transfer and industrial structure optimization, and build an open economic environment, the impact of international industrial transfer to undertake the research framework of industrial restructuring, the production from the perspective of three foreign trade, foreign direct investment and contractual international industrial transfer to undertake internal mechanism of industrial structure optimization.Secondly,in an objective analysis of the industrial structure and condition of Guangdong Province to undertake international industrial transfer status on the basis of Guangdong Province to undertake international industrial transfer to promoteindustrial structure optimization effect quantitative analysis. Guangdong Province using time series 1990-2013 years of import and export trade, foreign direct investment, processing trade, industrial production and other data worth three times,using EViews6.0 statistical software, the use of trade competitiveness index, import trade structure by building index, export trade structure index, the index of industrial structure of foreign investment, processing and trade structure and industrial structure index index five variables, using co-integration test, Granger causality test, pulse detection and variance decomposition empirical econometric analysis of Guangdong Province undertake international industrial transfer to optimize its industrial structure effects.Finally, in the new round of international industrial transfer large adjustments and opportunities, Guangdong province should improve the investment environment,strengthen the capacity of the industry to undertake; promoting strategic economic restructuring, vigorously develop the tertiary industry, upgrade the industry; optimize foreign trade growth, accelerate economic transformation and upgrading; rich international investment, optimize foreign industry to invest; active service outsourcing industry, optimize the industrial structure.
