Process management has been promoted in China for more than ten years. We wereinexperienced in it since1990when we have started to import and translate the BPR thatgrown up in the1990s. It has transferred from the concept and the local process optimizationto the integration of business and the enterprise process system construction, and meanwhile,we proposed the concept of the process management1.0and2.0respectively.For the coming period, the scale of enterprises will be bigger and the management spanwill be wider, at the same time, the management risk will be more and more widely, especially,in the situation of the restricting complete integration periodic goal between the listedenterprises and the unlisted enterprises. It is time to further streamline the managementinterface, regulate the management procedure and optimize the management resources. In thissituation, what we should do it to combine the strategic development goal of the oilfieldenterprise to the business adjustment, facing all levels of enterprises, advancing the businessprocess management, adjusting and optimizing processing control, preventing risks in anyevent, solidifying the development management basis, improving the management level, andmaking great efforts to build up the core competitive capacity of enterprises.This paper firstly gave the brief introduction and analysis on the production, development,contents, characteristics, the application and design process of the process management.Secondly, an investigation on the oilfield enterprise would be conducted, and then discussedthe necessity of the process management from four aspects. In addition, based on theapplication and design project of the process management, the paper proposed the designthought and organizational system of oilfield enterprises process management, analyzed theimplementation plan, stated the implementation mechanism, and finally, made analysis of therisks may occurred in the process of the process management in the oilfield enterprises, andput forward the preventive measures.
