At present,the world is facing a new round of reform and development in the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and the speed of high-quality and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry has been significantly accelerated.Effective operation management is the fundamental guarantee for the development of an enterprise with the times.High-level quality and efficiency inevitable require high-level standard of operation.HX is a motorcycle mountings manufacturer.Since its established in 2003,HX has grown into a mid-sized company with the growth of China's manufacturing industry in the past decade.Its products are mainly motorcycle frames and parts.However,up to now,but into a dilemma.The company's growth has been bogged down by falling profit margins on its main products and frequent quality problems.Changes in the external environment are forcing enterprises to further improve their competitiveness.The result was that HX could not keep up with the market.Based on the theory of operation management,this paper analyzes the market performance of HX company and finds that the company has serious problems in production and operation.Thereafter,the analysis would on three levels which include business process,management process and production process.It used theory of process management,and combining with HX company operating conditions,around the frame of motorcycle and the "hand grip",etc.The conclusion is: the company's operating management process in process does not meet the market demand,process inefficiency and process detached,failure in management and information mechanism.That means,the company's operating management cannot provide enterprises with the support of sustainable development.Therefore,this paper proposes a process reengineering plan and designs a process reengineering plan for HX company within a certain framework based on relevant theories to fundamentally change the operation and management behavior of the company and create favorable conditions for its transformation and upgrading.This paper hopes that through the Suggestions to HX company,it can provide some valuable reference schemes for other enterprises in similar situation in process management.
