As the development of the China’s economy and social, the index ofenvironmental protection as an important content in the national economy play a moreand more important role. Along with the emphasis on protecting the environment, itplays important role in the national economy that energy conservation andenvironmental protection.This paper attempts to enhance the company competition ability in the industry ofthe combustion control field along with project management discipline knowledge andthe newest project management method. A research for the industrial combustioncontrol system.At first, work on project structure decomposition. The industrial combustioncontrol system disintegrate project schedule, cost control, quality management and soon several links, according to the order of the implementation of the project.Then, according to Constraint theory find the constraint of the system: program,system installation and debugging, optimize the project.And then, by the inverse method of key chain, find the unit construction period ofproject, refinement to the units of each sub-task workload, arrange of person and funds.Combined with the actual progress of project and costs incurred, by the earnedvalue, master project schedule and cost of the actual situation, enhance the ability tocontrol the project schedule and cost management.Collect the data timely all of the project, establish a data bank of the project toenhance the progress of the project management level for the company.At the end of the paper, has a analysis for the actual application and effect of theproject, and put some advices to the project management of the industrial combustioncontrol system.
