With the development of our country’s economy and the improvement of residents’ consumption standards,as well as the intensification of population aging,people are paying more and more attention to nutrition and health,and the big health industry has also achieved rapid development.Healthy China has officially been upgraded to a "national strategy".For Internet companies,the market competition is fierce,both opportunities and challenges coexist.For BH company’s product development projects,shortening the product development cycle can enable it to achieve rapid product update and iteration,quickly occupy the market to meet consumer needs and improve inventory turnover to quickly return funds.The development needs can greatly improve the core competitiveness of the company.At present,the critical path method and plan review technology are the most commonly used in project schedule management in most small and medium-sized enterprises,but these two methods are not effective for various constraints in project schedule management.evaluation of.In the actual product development process,the appearance of various uncertain factors can easily cause project schedule delay or even failure.BH company is also facing the same problem,especially the input cost of human and material resources in the current project development is increasing day by day,the failure of project investment is a huge sunk cost for an enterprise,and It is not conducive to the company’s strategic goals of healthy and sustainable development.This paper takes the X product development of BH Company rooted in the big health industry as the research object,applies the key chain project management in the product development process to conduct an overall and systematic analysis of the project schedule management,and considering the influence of constraints and uncertain factors on the project progress,the stability of project progress management is greatly improved by taking corresponding management measures,so as to ensure that the entire project can be completed more smoothly.The thesis firstly understands the current situation and theoretical basis of project management by studying and summarizing relevant documents,and then finds and confirms three problems existing in the development of X product of BH company through interviews: large deviation of activity duration estimates,unreasonable resource allocation,and uncertain factors.Coping mechanisms are weak.In response to these three problems,the fish-bone diagram is used to analyze and confirm the reasons behind the problems,and for the three main problem points,methods and tools such as interview method,Delphi method and Gantt chart are used to optimize the formulation and implementation of the project schedule.The feasibility and key optimization points of project optimization are verified and tested by establishing a Monte Carlo model for simulation.At the same time,the project scope is controlled based on constraints,and resource conflicts are coordinated and resolved.Finally,the implementation plan and safeguard measures of the optimization strategy will also be considered,and the optimization effect will be evaluated to ensure the smooth realization of the progress optimization management.Critical chain project management can solve the problem of frequent delays in the development progress of new products faced by BH Company,improving the market competitiveness of the company,and providing a certain theoretical basis and application for reference for the project progress management of other small and medium-sized enterprises in the same industry.
