HO group is a specialized bathroom manufacturing processing group, the main production is OEM, ODM mode, there are also independent brands. With the arrival of the new year, the new normal year, a small number of operations, HO Group production from the original single variety, large quantities, low cost strategy production model, began to transition to a wide variety, the production of a small number of small batches and other production patterns. And to do these, the entire group of information as a basis for the important, and the group’s ERP popularity is the basis of information technology. BO company is a subsidiary of the HO group, in addition to the financial and the full manual work, the ERP project must be carried out on the line.In this Article, the BO company ERP on the basis of the analysis of the key chain method to analyze the overall project schedule and control. First, the article analyzes the difficulties of the implementation of ERP project, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the critical chain method and earned value analysis. Then, through the entire ERP project, the paper makes the project plan and finds the key path. Then, combining the actual situation, using the earned value analysis method. In the end, this paper is to adjust the project plan in the controllable range by the integration of resources and the time and cost, and to get the result of the project from the abnormal state.This Article is a specific application of the use of critical chain method in the implementation of ERP project, which can be used as a reference for the similar projects in the application of resource constraints, especially in a number of dimensions.
