| The capability of project management is necessary for every project-driving enterprise. The projects which is well managed will product excellent products and create advanced technologies. On the opposite, the projects will lead to the enormous loss and even result in the breakdown of the enterprise. Meanwhile, the scheduling management is taken as the critical part of the whole process of project management. For the large-scale, complicated projects, there is always only a little past experience that can be referenced, and the procedure is much more complicated. Moreover, the large numbers of uncertain factors and stakeholders can't be effectively treated by traditional management of scheduling management. So we need to focus on a new and systematic method to guarantee the in-time completion of the projects.First, this paper searched the reasons of the project's long duration and delaying. Then analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional scheduling management method by comparison, such as CPM, PERT. Through the researching, we can find that the major reason for delaying is the unreasonable duration assessing, and there are not enough supervising and controlling during project implementation. So, this paper put forward the Critical Chain Project Management method based on fuzzy theory to solve these problems. We utilize the fuzzy number theory to put forward a new method of assessing the duration. Then take the traditional genetic algorithm to make the network plan for resource restrained project in order to recognize the initial critical chain. Next, this paper proposed the new computing method of buffer areas based on fuzzy theory. Last but not least, we focus on the implementation phase to supervise the buffer area, update the scheduling and optimize the critical chain. Moreover, this paper gave the example for each kind of new method. |
