Research On Feature Of Inner Mongolia Regional Economic Space-time Evolution

The regional economy is an important part of the national economy.Regional economic coordinated development of the entire economicsystem is a most important factor of the sustainable development, but theexpansion of regional economic differences will not only lead toeconomic conflict between the regions and weaken the formation ofregional division of labor and cooperation, but also will have a seriousnegative impact on economic development and social stability. Thirtyyears has passed since the open-up policy carried out, and economicconstruction in Inner Mongolia has made great achievements, but itsinternal economic differences are increasingly apparent.In the paper, the author analyses cases covering101counties in theurban areas of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the use of percapita GDP data for the period from1979to2009, with the absolutedifferences and relative differences in analysis methods, analysis of theInner Mongolia regional economic differences in temporal variability.The research provides the theoretical basis for policy recommendations for regional economic development in Inner Mongolia, and it hasimportant practical significance for promoting economic development inInner Mongolia.Combining the use of GIS software with per capita real GDP data,the author selects five characteristic years, analysis of the evolution trendof the Inner Mongolia regional economic differences in space; meanwhile,the author uses the Gini coefficient and Theil coefficient of the industrialstructure and spatial structure of the Inner Mongolia regional economicdifferences breakdown, and ultimately come to the Inner Mongoliaregional Economic Disparities in the trend of widening year by year inthis paper. From the five aspects of the natural conditions, historicalreasons, the industrial structure, policies, and population the authoranalyses the causes of the Inner Mongolia regional economic differences,and proposes some strategies for the Inner Mongolia regional economicdevelopment as references.
