Study On Temporal And Spatial Evolution And Countermeasures Of Rural Regional Economic Differences In Henan Province

The implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization and the emphasis on adhering to the principle of giving priority to agricultural and rural development were clearly put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it shows that accelerating the overall upgrading of agriculture,the overall progress of rural areas and the overall development of farmers are important issues in the current stage of China’s economic development.Henan Province is not only a large agricultural province but also a large population province.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and countermeasures of rural regional economic differences for doing well the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.This study analyzed the basic conditions of regional economic development in Henan Province from the aspects of climate environment,resource endowment,grain yield and population characteristics.By collecting and collating the statistical yearbook data of Henan Province from 2009 to 2018,eight economic indicators including per capita cultivated land area,proportion of non-agricultural industries,per capita annual disposable income of farmers and Engel’s coefficient were selected to study the economic differences of rural areas in Henan Province using range,standard deviation,coefficient of variation and other measurement methods.A comprehensive index system of rural regional economic development level in Henan province is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of regional economic disparities are studied based on exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA).The spatial pattern of rural regional economic development level in Henan Province was inversed by using ArcGIS software.From the geographical environment,industrial structure and policy impact,this paper reveals the driving mechanism of regional economic disparities in rural areas of Henan Province This paper studies the countermeasures for the coordinated development of rural regional economy in Henan Province from four aspects of optimizing the industrial structure,improving the quality of farmers,speeding up the process of new-type urbanization and improving the rural financial environment.The research results of this paper can provide scientific basis and reference for solving the unbalanced development of rural regional economy in Henan Province.The research methods further enrich and perfect the theoretical system of regional economics.
