The Research On Performance Evaluation Of Inner Mongolia High-Tech Enterprise

The development of new high technology to promote the economic growth, technologyinnovation ability is an important symbol to measure competitiveness of the state. At thesame time, the rapid development of high and new technology enterprise caused extensiveconcern of all countries in the world. In the academic circle, how to objective, scientific andcomprehensive evaluation of the high and new technology enterprise performance hasbecome a hot topic of discussion. So far, the scholars both at home and abroad a lot aboutperformance evaluation, and made great achievements, for the development of hi-techenterprises is pointed out.The difference between High and new technology enterprise and the traditionalenterprise lies in its high technology, high yield, high growth, high risk characteristics. This system to balance scorecard theory for support,and introduces EVA thought EVA index as an important financial level indicator; Finally,based on the Inner Mongolia region high-tech enterprise present situation, the selection of71high and new technology enterprise of relevant data, on the basis of high and newtechnology enterprise performance of Inner Mongolia empirical analysis. The empiricalanalysis process, using factor analysis method to sample the financial performanceevaluation, and by using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) comprehensive performanceevaluation of the sample.Through the high and new technology enterprise of Inner Mongolia, empirical analysis of Inner Mongolia region high and new technology enterprise performance level general,good business enterprise more attention to operation ability and growth ability. High andnew technology enterprise Inner Mongolia’s advantage lies in the r&d management level andthe transformation of scientific and technological achievements ability is higher,disadvantage lies in the development process level and the ability of independent innovationis low. In addition, in the new materials technology, biological and medical technology isstronger, the two areas of profitability, solvency is stronger, research and developmentmanagement level is higher. Inner Mongolia high-tech enterprises in resources andenvironmental technology is the worst, the field operation ability, profit ability, independentinnovation ability is weak, the research and development expenses input intensity isinsufficient, customer level index, index between the cooperation is not high.
