Employee stress was mentioned at the beginning of20thcentury at first. Nowadays ithas been not only the focus in the field of human resources management, and also animportant task needed to be carefully tested for the managers. Along with the development ofMarket Economy System and Modern Enterprise System, employees’ stress increaseobviously. Overburden not only do harm to people on the aspect of physiology andpsychology, but also compromise the manufacture and economic benefit of the enterprise. Sothe manager of the enterprise must do the stress management as soon as possible, improveemployees’ standard of living and at the same time make benefits on the enterprise’sdevelopment. I choose Securities Agency employees to be my research object, and throughanalyzing137survey papers about employee’s stress, this article comes to a summarization.First, I expatiate on the definiens of stress and the stress management status.Some constructive work was done as follows:(1) Securities company employees’ overall pressure is really big, whether exogenouspressure or internal pressure are common;(2) The main exogenous pressure is: the job itself, employment environment, personaldevelopment and family influence;(3) The main internal pressure is: personal cognitive, work ability and the personalitycharacteristics;(4) We have put forward some stress management strategy from both the organizationlevel and individual level.
