Along with the developing of economy as well as lack of energy, the issues of energy conservation and environment protection turn out to be urgent and obvious. People from all walks of life are taking the problem of "Energy conservation" into concern nowadays, so the "Green industry" has been becoming the "new star" in the markets all over the world. LED, "the second lighting revolution", is one of the rising stars in the industry. LED industries Grow rapidly in China in recent years. From then on thousands of LED manufacturers spring up like mushrooms in China. Shenzhen G Optoelectronic Company is one of them.LED industry is based on hi-tech and labor-intensive; however, it requires considerable technical and administrative employees. The competition in the LED enterprises is actually the contest of human resources strategies. Each LED manufacturer wants the best employees in hands, therefore, one of the core factors which can affect the LED business Growth is to Get the talents it needs and make them serve for long term. Apparently, staff motivation is the key point to attract talents and make them serve for long term, so it plays a crucial role in enterprise management. Unfortunately many enterprises failed to offer adequate attention to this important issue.The author has been working for Shenzhen G Optoelectronic Company for several years. She did some research in the field of human resources. Through the analysis of three cases of Shenzhen G Optoelectronic Company in the paper, the author identified the company's current problems in the incentives, in the mean time, with the theoretical knowledge, the author found the reasons of problems and then tried to give the most possible and effective solutions to all the problems mentioned in the paper.
