Internet,the forefront information industry with its unlimited potential,will be not only the important development element of our country or global economy,also the tremendous momentum and source in pushing the scientific innovation.With the popularity of the Internet technology in our country,Internet companies have sprung up,and occupy the important position in the market.The effective Internet stuff management as the core of enterprises development,has become the issue cared by human resource managers.Incentive issue is the most important in management work.The study offered the detail strategy of how to improve the incentive effect for Chinese internet enterprises stuff by studying the domestic and abroad literature of human resource management and relevant theories,and deeply analyzing the existed problems on the employee incentive issue of Chinese internet enterprises.It also takes the successful employee incentive experience from foreign internet enterprises.How to incentive stuff would be the severe issue that every manager has to face,and the only way to improve enterprises to develop fast is to make united workforce m incentive their enthusiasm for work and potential innovation so that combining stuff intelligence,capability and needs with enterprises' development goal.So employee incentive is both the core of human resource management and the important link to guarantee the healthy development of enterprises rapidly.In this paper,it studied the domestic and abroad essay and monograph on internet enterprise employee incentive,learned the relevant incentive theories and have an overall understanding of employee motivation through the literature reading method,depth interview method,questionnaire analysis and other methods.By investigating into the present situation of China's Internet enterprise employee incentive management,and in-depth discussion,it lays a foundation of research on Chinese Internet enterprise employee incentive problems and countermeasures.This study found the root cause of domestic Internet enterprise employee incentive and put forward the countermeasures and optimized management approach.In next section,it describes that Internet enterprises need to establish long-term employee incentive system,stuff training system,enterprise culture,and proper employee salary incentive system to fully mobilized stuff so that keep company's edge in the intensive market competition.For some reason,employee incentive investigation still exists limitation e.g.it may lack deep analysis or incomplete modified advice about discovering Internet enterprise employee incentive problems under the current status.Due to the limitation of data and sample collection,the result of this study appears hoopla's and one-sidedness for not setting one sequence or position's function to make an in-depth study.And some measures may not be tested or verify the possibility of operation with time constraints.For all the above issue,I will make efforts to improve and complete with practical work.
