For many years has been the development of the market economy of China,the various industries have basically formed stable situation and the vast majority of enterprises are in a highly competitive market.As one of the most core resources of the enterprise,the importance of human resources is becoming increasingly prominent,so to speak,the key to the success or failure of an enterprise in the future lies in whether an enterprise can effectively achieve success in the competition of human resources.As one of the important contents of human resource management,the employee motivation of a enterprises plays a crucial role in effectively mobilizing employees' enthusiasm and improving the vitality of enterprises.Due to long-term neglect of human resource management,most enterprises of China are still backward in human resource management,and the construction of incentive mechanism is even worse.Therefore,it is especially necessary to correctly analyze the current situation of many enterprises of China,to find out the existing problems,and give more scientific and reasonable incentive improvement suggestions.In this paper,a representative SE communication enterprise is selected as the research object,like many domestic enterprises,the incentive mechanism of SE enterprise also has obvious problems,the enthusiasm of the employees is not high,and the vitality of the enterprise is insufficient and it is urgent to reverse the current unfavorable situation and effectively improve employee motivation.This paper is based on the research results of incentive theory of domestic and overseas,analyze the employee motivation status of SE enterprise through the theoretical analysis,questionnaire survey,field interviews,comparative analysis,classification research and other methods,analyse the classification problems from the basic level employees and the middle-high level employees and find out five aspects of the problem.Then it points out some suggestions for the employee motivation of SE enterprise.At last,it gives the conclusion and the future research prospect.
