Along with the rapid economic development of our country,the position of after80s employees are more and more important in the enterprise personnel structure,and increasingly become the main force of enterprises,especially SMEs.But compared with former80s employees,after80s employees has their own particularity,such as personality characteristics, psychological demands and values etc.,then the traditional management mode is faced with challenges. Therefore,establishing scientific and effective incentive mechanism to arouse the working enthusiasm of after80s employees in a maximum extent becomes an urgent problem to be solved at present to our enterprise development.Firstly,this paper introduces the incentive mechanism of the present research status at home and abroad about after80s employees,describes related theories about the incentive mechanism of after80s employees and analyses after80sā€™ characteristics:many only-child, high degree, utilitarian values,high pressure.paying attention to personal interests.Then taking SMEs in Changsha for example,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,and for after80s employees,the result shows us that enterprise incentive mechanism is mainly facing the following problems:the variable compensation system is not perfect, the performance evaluation is not reasonable,the training system is defective, the promotion system needs to be improved, the career planning is lack of guidance and the humanistic care is paid a little attention.Then this paper analyses causes of problems in terms of the enterprise external environment, enterprise itself and employees. On this basis, this paper adhering to the principle of the combination of material incentive and spiritual incentive, targets to design after80s employees incentive mechanism which is based on incentive factors of material benefit, personal development and working environment.The character of this paper is the organic combination of the universality and induviduality,based on relevant theories and results of investigation and analysis,and i hope to design a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism to motivate after80s employees at the extreme and provide references for the enterprise management of after80s employees.
