Nowadays, most of the manufacturing companys’ employees are born in the 90 s, and for them, incentive problems have gradually become one of the important issues on company management. In recent years, with the rapid growth of XG company, currently the number of employees after 90’ has reached more than one third of the total one, XG compan y can not ignore that how to do their incentive problems well.This paper firstly list all the related theories on incentive, meanwhile, analyze development status in XG company from two aspects between business development and organizational structure, then in-depth analyze human resource management issues in XG company now, from company’s view, lay the foundation for Improving direction of employee motivation for later,who are born in the 90 s.By way of a questionnaire, this paper investigate and analyze XG company’s incentive system in detail, then investigate employee satisfaction surveys on all people after 90’, and collect statistical data. Based on this, we find reasons for lacking motivation, which is in connection with employees after 90 ’. Finally, this paper propose some optimization measures from pay incentive, job incentive, mental incentive, and also give safeguard measures, we hope it is valuable for the similar corporation to take as a reference.
