30 years of reform and opening up,the political economic and cultural aspects of our country have happened very big change,at this stage,90 developed rapidly after a lot of 90,has grown to the backbone of all walks of life,some of the more outstanding 90,become the center of power enterprise.The growth of 90 different environment,different social environment,even everyone's experience is different,this leads to 90 employees after compared with older employees,are very different,the existing staff management and incentive system can not meet the needs of these people,so to explore a more the effective management of the enterprise model has become a mainstream,so far,a lot of researchers and research experts in the new management mode and incentive system to explore,to find a suitable management mode of management after the 90.Scientific research shows that if a person is motivated,the potential that he shows is very great.Therefore,enterprises should strengthen the management of 90 employees after the establishment of a sound incentive system,the great potential after 90 to the extreme.This paper carries out the discussion and Research on the staff incentive problem based incentive related literature in a large number of 90 employees,in-depth investigation on A and 90 employees incentive mechanism,and then from the three aspects of post salary incentive,incentive and spiritual incentive of 90 employees and analysis of the status quo of the current incentive system of A the company,and the use of a questionnaire survey of A company staff incentive satisfaction,to fully understand the situation of A company incentive system 90 employees,points out the problems in the post,then according to the problems from three aspects of incentive system,incentive mechanism and spirit incentive system to optimize the design of the incentive system of A company staff finally,from the "people-oriented" concept,scientific management of human resources guarantee and effective communication channels.The protection measures and suggestions for the smooth implementation of the incentive system are put forward in five aspects,such as obstacle,the way to optimize the development of the staff,and the strengthening of the internal management of the company.Found through this study of 90 employees incentive to work with the actual development of the company,in the process of development to make the appropriate adjustments according to the market demand,make people-oriented,to ensure the realization of the company's development goals and realize their value of life.Explore the new incentive policy,through such a way to change the traditional enterprise management model,improve the strength of the company,so as to achieve sustainable development.
