The twenty-first century is the era of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes an important business capital to create wealth. The knowledge employees that acquire knowledge will become the most valuable resources. However, the value of knowledge employees must have the potential to play, that depends on the wishes of the individual and the extent of the contribution. Thus, knowing the need of knowledge employees and designing an effective incentive mechanism to stimulate their enthusiasm for the job become the key to win for the business in the new economy. At present, a research about knowledge employees incentives has become the important issues for business owners, human resource management department and the theoretical era. Many scholars at home and abroad have studied the subject that knowledge employees incentive mechanism and achieved remarkable results.Banking is a financial sector which is different from other companies, which is confidentiality, intellectual, risk. Knowledge employees are the mainstay of its workforce. Because the bank knowledge employees have special profession, different individual characteristics and needs characteristics, it's a great challenge to the traditional paradigm of bank management. How to effectively stimulate the knowledge employees to play full their creativity has become the key to keep the position in the fierce market competition for commercial banks.On the basis of research results at home and abroad, this paper proposed 18 incentive factors: Salaries and benefits, job promotion, training and learning, ability to play, the company prospects, corporate culture, leadership quality, fair and just, work challenges, achievements, work autonomy, work competence, participate in the management, recognition in work, job security, interpersonal relations, team cooperation, working conditions. And through the survey in knowledge employees of the commercial banks in Chongqing, we obtained a large amount of survey data. Then on the analysis of survey data, this article not only drawed out the actual feelings about the proposed incentive factors and the extent of motivation of the knowledge employees, but also got the descriptives statistics, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis about the extent of 18 proposed incentive factors.
