This paper reviews studies on Employees incentive factors at home and broad and explors the effect of these factors. On the basis of literature research, this paper divides Employees incentive factors of a bank in a certain city into economic factor and non-economic factor from perspectives of economics and management. As for the economic factor, Steven Cheung’s theory of share tenancy was used to take different types of positions’ risk factor as the variable so as to make different incentive plans to varied types of employees. Besides, this paper analyzes factors that have incentive effects apart from economic factors.On the basis of theoretical analysis above, this paper also sorts employees of a bank in a certain city and analyzes the risk of different positions. This paper also discusses the incentive effect of economic factors and matters needing attention in implement. Besides, this paper analyzes employees of this bank, specially their security, social communication esteem, self-realization needs. Through four needs above, this paper also explores methods to motivate employees beside economic method.We classify the incentive methods in the certain bank city and comment the possible effects these measures might have on their employee. In the theory part, this paper raises many methods and compares what the theory thought right with the reality. This last sector offers many useful advices for the possible reform in the field of employee motivation.To sum up, this paper argues that the economic factors and non-economic factors are both important to motivate employees. The economic factors play a much more dominant role than the non-economic ones, which entail meticulous and considerate arrangements according to the types of employee. Non-economic factors also need to adjust according to the characteristics of different types of employees accordingly. As for the certain branch city of agricultural bank, their children’s education problem, the evaluation system of staff promotion is significant factors that motivate staff to work with enthusiasm.
