The ship of Twenty-first Century sailed in the second ten years,with the rapid economic development of China,was born in the beginning of reform and opening up 80 after they become the labor force.The after 80s population in personality,psychological demand and world outlook,outlook on life and values, previous generations have obvious differences,since Twentieth Century.The traditional management mode in addition to cope with globalization and informatization,facing new challenge again.How to establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism,so that the after 80s population can be the greatest degree of incentive,enterprises of our country is especially important in small and medium enterprises need to solve urgently.Starting from the research at home and abroad to introduce the relevant incentive mechanism,elaborated the related theories at home and abroad the main incentive mechanism.Focuses on the analysis of the current situation of our country SMEs incentive,combined with the after 80s population prominent one-child,highly educated,pay attention to benefit and other characteristics,the various problems existing in current incentive mechanism of SMEs,and the three factors from the perspective of the enterprise external environment,the enterprise employees,analysis of the causes of these problems.Follow the combination of material incentive and spirit incentive principle,proposed to the material conditions of incentive based,supplemented by personal occupation development, workplace environment to encourage the after 80s population incentive mechanism.In summary, this paper is intended to analyze the theory and present situation of incentive mechanism based on the resultes,design a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism effectively,to our country SMEs to after 80s population, provides some suggestions in the future,even after 90s、00s population management.
