Baotou City Food Safety Regulatory Problems Research

This article on the background, through the domestic and international food safety monitoring the comparative study of the model, this paper analyzes the government to the food quality and safety baotou regulatory problems and puts forward the food quality and safety supervision of baotou countermeasures aiming at the food safety supervision system been put forward for the construction of Italy, to promote food market of baotou healthy and harmonious development has the important practical significance.Baotou is a has more than200population of a city, although in recent years the food safety supervision construction has made some achievements, but there are still some legal not perfect, institutional setup is not reasonable, low efficiency of administrative problems, lead to the food safety supervision is difficult to reach the designated position, food processing process health problems, the food safety supervision construction to implement.This article take the literature research and semi-structured interview method way, the quality of domestic and foreign food safety supervision theory and practice is studied, based on the supervision of food safety baotou revelation, finally from the integrated functions, the establishment of a food safety supervision and network, perfect the supervision of food safety all kinds of security system, the establishment of a food safety information network and food safety monitoring and supervision mechanism is proposed as baotou food safety monitoring solutions to the problems of the research.
