Compensation management has always been the most concern of employees, its drawbacks and deficiencies has affected the company’s operational efficiency and further development. LJ as one of the in a high-speed development of enterprises,"12th Five-Year Plan", established to grow into a competitive" pioneer of the industry, the international first-class" enterprise development strategy. To achieve its strategic goal and provide a solid guarantee for its development. It should strengthen the compensation management, stable staff, improve staff loyalty, and promote enterprise performance.In this study, we analyze and organize the literature, collect relevant data and information through the implementation of corporate interviews and questionnaires to find out the employee’s view and evaluation on LJ’s compensation system. And use of data envelopment analysis (DEA method) to diagnose it from a financial perspective. Then redesign the compensation system to make it reasonable and discuss the scientific salary management method.This study comes to the conclusions:1. The diagnosis and analysis of LJ’s compensation system show that LJ current compensation system is lack of incentive, lack of economy, and low market-orient. These problems and employees’dissatisfaction has affected their work attitude and performance.2. Redesigning the compensation system of LJ from a financial perspective to raise its economic role and to improve its incentive effect. This also responds positively to compensation market and to make the incentive function of compensation work.
