Modern enterprise development more and more inseparable from the factors of people, and human resource development is to focus on how to effectively on employees incentive. Various enterprises established in research, exploration for the enterprise actual incentive mechanism, through the implementation of effective incentive for employees to achieve organizational goals, the important role of enterprise incentive is self-evident. As the construction bank a secondary branch, Baiyin branch faces intense market competition, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of all staff, and to motivate employees the clerk starts an undertaking enthusiasm, secondary branch managers in front of an important problem to be resolved.In the thesis, he author will set Baiyin branch of different types of employee behavior and demand as research object, makes a deep analysis for the Baiyin branch employees incentive mode of the status quo, combining the incentive mechanism design principles, improve the incentive mechanism of way forward.
