Along with the development of economic of our country, the hospitality’s company is developing rapidly, which is running in a more industrialization and modernization way. The information technology is used so widely that managers of restaurants are paying more and more attention to the company’s informatization. ERP is introduced to gather all the resource and operations of the company, so that it can control and manage all the process. However, because of some reasons, take weak management foundation and lack of project specification for example, failure rate of implementations of ERP projects is very high. Therefore, how to manage and control the implementation of ERP project is very important and meaning.This assignment analyzed the characteristic of ERP Project in hospitality’s company, building a management system to use modern theory and method during the whole process of ERP project. This management system contains organization structure, implementation process and the control of process. This assignment also analyzes an example to explain how to use it to enhance the effect of the ERP Project. This system is helpful for the implementation of ERP Project in hospitality’s company. For one reason, it can provide fundamental of implementation and methods during the project. For another, it could provide basis for project decision and reduce the risk of the project.
