With the integrated development of global economy,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce,the ability of effective management and integration of enterprise resources ability being an important source of enterprise competitiveness.To improve the ability of managing enterprise resource,making full use of information technology and strengthening the enterprise's information construction have become a consensus of more and more enterprises.ERP,as a business resource management platform which can effectively improve the management efficiency of enterprises and reduce the cost of enterprise management,has become the core of enterprise information construction.How to fully plan for the demand of enterprise ERP and formulate the perfect ERP implementation scheme is critical to the success of an ERP project.Therefore,conducting study on the enterprise ERP project of a specific industry not only has important theoretical significance,but also can provide important reference value to the ERP implementation of other enterprises within the same industry.Taking A company from electric power industry as an example,this paper conducted an investigation and study for the company's situation of informatization construction and five core business based on a large number of literature research,combined with the interview way.The five core business includes financial management,equipment management,project management,material management and human resource management.Through analyzing the deficiencies of the existing information system on enterprise business management,we conducted a study on the overall ERP demand target of the five core business.Then,we focused on planning for the ERP requirements of financial and human resources,including detailed analysis for the business situation,the planning for objectives of business needs and structure of management function,and detailed requirements analysis of specific business.In the end,we had a design for A company's overall ERP implementation plan,proposing the ERP project implementation goal and principle,and determining the project guidelines of phased implementation.We also formulated the specific implementation plan at each stage,and prepared to implement process management from four aspects,namely,organization management,schedule management,communication management and the problem and risk management.
