Performance management does not meet the company’s development strategy; performance evaluation index can not reflect the subordinate enterprises financial and management; performance appraisal indicators is not comprehensive; performance appraisal process of mismanagement, lack of communication and feedback; performance appraisal results have not been very good feedback and its application.The thesis analyses the study of performance management actuality in domestic and overseas on the first. It summarizes the shortcomings of our enterprises performance management systems.
