After joining the WTO, domestic enterprises face more intense competitionat home and abroad. Along with the competition, enterprises pay more attention to the integration of resources and human resources which is the enterprise the most important and valuable resources.To strengthen enterprise human resources management of enterprise, improving the utilization efficiency of human resources has become the object what managers are focus on. Human resource management in modern enterprise management plays a more and more important role, which is the core of modern enterprise management, and performance management plays an important rolein human resources management, which has increasingly important status in the modern enterprise management. Performance management is the core of human resource management, which is realistic and significant topic for the modern enterprise management. As an effective means to realize enterprise benefit, performance management got almost all attaches great importance to the enterprises and their managers. ZJ companies and their managers has been exploring and practicing how to effectively carry out performance management work.In this article, the author explores ZJ company performance management processon the basis of the theory of performance management and the reality of enterprise.In the use of domestic and foreign advanced performance management theory and practice method, based on the practical management of domestic enterprises, to design a performance management system, which can adapt to the market economic law, conform to ZJ companyactual condition and effectively motivate project management personnel, is the main research content of this article.Based on the research related to performance management theory as well as to the goodcompany’s performance management system, through careful analysis of internal and external environment for the development of the company and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing performance management system, we redesign the original performance management system. Through redesign the performance management system of the project, it can improve the work efficiency and enhance the work enthusiasm of project managementstaff work, improve the management benefit of theproject, and eventually increase the company’s management benefit. At the same time, this study that proposesa strong operability and applicability of performance appraisal system has certain reference and reference value for building construction enterprise project management which want to redesign the performance management system. In this paper, there are three kinds of main research methods:literature research, survey method, observation method. After we get ZJ company basic situation, fully analyzes the main problems of the current and the main factors of impact on the company performance management, and design a specific performance management system.In this paper, we redesign company performance management system mainly from four aspects:performance planning, performance implementation and monitoring; Performance evaluation; Performance feedback. We specific analysis and design again ZJ company performance management system, Improve the existing performance management system. In performance planning phase, by signing the goal responsibility of project management andpaying project risk mortgage, itcan clarify goals of the project department and individual performance. In the implementation phase, at this stage managers mainly take two important tasks:continuous performance communication, guide and support performance of employees; Record the key performance behavior of employees and provide information for performance evaluation. In the performance evaluation phase, through the establishing a standard evaluation system and evaluation method, the project can evaluate the performance of management personnel, and form a valuable evaluation results. In performance feedback link, we establishes a performance appeal system, to better response to project staff produce discontent. We apply performance results to the four link, to promote the performance management system play a better role. Finally we has carried on the related prospects, To better implement the performance management system, we put forwardsome of the links need to strengthen.
