With the rapid development of China in recent years, a large number of economicactivities and infrastructure construction to open a new gap in real estate. In this context, alarge number of foreign companies entered the mainland real estate, such as Singapore’sCapitaLand, Sun Hung Kai Properties in Hong Kong and so on. Increasingly high demand inthe current real estate market, by improving employee satisfaction can effectively stimulateemployee motivation, one can in the real estate development and construction are protected,the other can make employees better serve the customers. And the job satisfaction is one keyfactor that motivating employee and keeping holding key employee within the organization.The study use a lot of literature as a basis, using a combination of qualitative andquantitative research methods for analysis of S Corporation status of employee satisfactionand found that the main problems and ultimately problem-optimized design. First, throughliterature research method to collect a large number of relevant literature and theory, the earlystage of this study are fully prepared; Second, through questionnaires and data analysis toquantify the angle of the root causes of problems in mining; Finally, through a combination ofqualitative and quantitative analysis.Through the study we found the main problems for S Corporation employee’ssatisfaction: salary structure, performance management, training system, promotion channels,and there need to improve and optimize the place. The study of modern human resourcesmanagement and related incentive under the guidance of the theory, focusing to solve theabove issues to improve the countermeasures and suggestions. Mainly on the organizationalstructure, salary structure, improve the performance appraisal, to strengthen the trainingsystem, promotion, channels of the sound advice.This study hopes to enhance the S Corporation’s employee satisfaction study for the SCorporation’s future development, to enhance competitiveness, contribute to the achievementof strategic objectives.
