With the rapid development of economy, enterprises are facing the increasingly fierce competition, want to sustainable competitive advantages must be kept discovering create competitive advantage, and required the source of enterprise combined use of whole strength. Human resources as an important basis of enterprise development by more and more enterprises'attention. Hence, the human resources administration departments also began from traditional functional departments to enterprise strategic planning department transition. In this paper the research question is through the establishment model of human resource management of the importance and its influence on enterprise performance of degree and process were analyzed.According to the strategic human resources management theory, organization behaviorism theory, research on human resources management in the theoretical research on the development history, and based on different from the perspective of human resources management research. In summary based on the former research, the dimension of human resources management division, classified as staff recruitment and selection, employee performance evaluation, employee motivation and staff communication four dimensions. Then, and find out the human resources management influence enterprise performance of medi-variation, think employee satisfaction and the capacity of employees is the human resources management influence enterprise performance among the main variable. Then preliminary sketched the conceptual model. Through the questionnaire survey to measured variables, this article mainly survey data sources and Hunan, Hebei province, zhejiang the three provinces of enterprise staff and human resources management department manager. On the analysis of the data, this article after the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data structure equation model analysis. Empirical results show that, in addition to employee recruitment and selection, employee performance evaluation for employee ability no marked impact on other dimensions of staff outside, ability has significant effect, in addition, the human resources management of four dimensions of employee satisfaction has significant effect, the path coefficient is positive. Employee satisfaction, employee ability of enterprise performance has significantly positive effects, the path coefficient is positive. Therefore, the human resources management can effectively improve employee satisfaction and employee ability, then to help enterprises to obtain high performance.
