With the development of modern management methods and the change of management concepts,management ethics plays an increasingly important role in human resource management.This paper,in combination with China's cultural background,conducts a theoretical and empirical study on the impact of human resource management ethics on employee satisfaction and the intermediary role of organizational justice.This article first ethics of human resource management,organizational justice and employees on job satisfaction in theory,measurement,and the research of interaction relationship between the comb,and summarized the definition,the three dimensional,measurement methods and influencing factors,and put forward the hypothesis of this article combined with the analysis and the preliminary research model is constructed.After that,a preliminary measurement scale of human resource management ethics,organizational justice and employee satisfaction was designed by summarizing the existing research results and relevant theories.A small scale survey was conducted to test the contents of the questionnaire.Reliability and validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis were conducted on the questionnaire data according to the results of the test.The content of the questionnaire was adjusted according to the problems found in the predictive test,including deleting the questions and adjusting the dimensional structure.Finally,the questionnaire was completed.With the method of final survey questionnaire through online and offline conducted a comprehensive investigation,combined with the final data analysis,including the basis of the survey data statistics analysis,reliability analysis,the reliability and validity of change factor analysis,homogeneity and heterogeneity analysis,regression analysis and the mediation effect analysis,thus to verified the proposed hypothesis one by one,for the construction of the model parameters were estimated,this article research conclusion.Based on the above research,the ethical measurement model of enterprise human resource management is established,which is composed of four dimensions: honesty and credit,democratic management,right use and people-oriented.Organizational justice measurement model is composed of three dimensions: distributive justice,procedural justice and interactive justice.And the one-dimensional measurement model of employee satisfaction.Through the independent T test,it is found that there are significant differences in employees' degree of education in their job satisfaction.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,it is found that people-oriented,democratic management and right use in human resource management ethics have significant influence on organizational justice.Three dimensions of organizational justice,namely distributive justice,procedural justice and interactive justice,have significant influence on employee satisfaction,while two dimensions of human resource management ethics,namely honesty and credit and democratic management,have significant influence on employee satisfaction.Through the analysis of mediating effect,it is found that the three dimensions of organizational justice play an mediating role in the influence of human resource management ethics on employees' job satisfaction.Finally,some Suggestions on optimizing human resource management in enterprises are put forward from the perspectives of strengthening ethical construction and improving organizational justice.
