The level of employee job satisfaction plays a decisive and key role in whether the organization can achieve high-quality development.Once the employee’s job satisfaction is too low,the employee’s enthusiasm for work will be greatly affected,and it is difficult for the employees themselves to obtain better career development.From the perspective of long-term development of enterprises,enterprises should care work satisfaction of employees,especially for IT technology companies,the core competitiveness of enterprises is talent,as long as employee satisfaction is high enough to ensure that enterprises obtain better core competitiveness,targeted improvement of employee job satisfaction is not only conducive to enterprises to grasp the real state of employee work,but also has important significance for doing a good job in internal human resource management.Therefore,the improvement of employees’ job satisfaction can enhance the working atmosphere of the enterprise,drive employees to maintain full spirit in work,and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.The thesis is mainly divided into the following parts: the first part is an introduction,introducing the basic background and significance of the research;the second part introduces the relevant concepts and related theoretical foundations;the third part introduces the work satisfaction survey and current situation of YS employees;the fourth part introduces the problems and in-depth analysis of the causes of YS employee job satisfaction;and finally the fifth part provides targeted countermeasures and suggestions for YS to improve employee job satisfaction.There are many factors affecting employee job satisfaction,and different scholars at home and abroad have their own different studies on this,under the premise of referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature,based on Maslow’s needs theory,two-factor theory,employee relationship theory and career development theory.Taking YS as the research object,this paper first conducted a questionnaire survey and interview on the employee satisfaction of YS company from five dimensions: work group,job position,work remuneration,working environment and corporate culture.Through the detailed analysis and research of this paper,it is analyzed that the several aspects of YS employee satisfaction to be improved are the lack of incentive effect of the salary system,the single employee development channel,the imperfect training system and the construction of corporate culture to be improved,and the compensation system of employees in the post is improved from four aspects,the employee development system is optimized,the training system is improved and the construction of corporate culture is improved to give solutions to the problem.Synchronously and deeply analyze the causes of problems and give solutions to improve employee job satisfaction,so as to help YS company develop with high quality and stability.
