The21st century is called the Knowledge Economy Era,which takes the humanresources and the knowledge capital as the core. The intense competition causes thetalent competition between enterprises directly. The management and development ofhuman resources will become the critical factor for enterprises keeping their vitalityand achieving their strategic goal. However, the employee training will be the mostimportant way to the human resource development. It will be realized by moreenterprises that the employee training can improve the operation and management of acorporation. It can also provide new opinions on the development and promote theefficiency. The employee training will become one of the human resource investmentswhich is more important than the capital investment. This thesis starts with theemployee training’s significance to the development of the enterprise. After thecomparison between the researches at home and abroad on employee training, itpoints out that the employee training is the new direction on approving the enterprisemanagement. According to brushing up the concept, factors and processes of projectmanagement, considering the current situation of the electric power corporationemployee training, this thesis analyses the problems and courses existing in theemployee training. Using the knowledge on project management, it promotes the planand the schedule of the electric power corporation employee training. After that,considering the employee training as a project, it draws up a concrete project, puttingparticular emphasis on the steps and process management. The thesis takes TianjinElectric Power Corporation as an example, introducing the current situation of humanresource, analyzing the problems and giving suggestions. It makes the training projectbetter from four aspects, including the training goals, the project, the process and theinside motivation system. At the same time, it emphasizes the necessity andimportance of training efficiency assessment. By means of above-mentioned, thethesis points that the key link of the employee training and project implementing isoptimizing the training design, the implementing plan and the schedule with thetheories on project management in order to make the implementation efficient, toimprove the management level and also to provide the intellectual support.
