The competition of the Hotel Industry is becoming intense day by day, and the essence is the competition of manpower. Training is the major measure to improve service techniques, enhance intrinsic qualifications of employees and strengthen the core competition of Hotel, so that it is vital important for Hotel Industry to improve the training efficiency. As the subsidiary system of Hotel, Training System should highly cohere with other systems in order to cultivate the men who meet the needs of the profession in different systems. Meanwhile, it is necessary for Training System to master the information outward Hotel, in the same pace with the society. Therefore, the massive information both in and outward Hotel is required in Training to complete the working system, and the foundation of knowledge integrated management platform in Hotel becomes a necessity to provide managers with dynamic, update, accurate, detailed and complete information.On the basis of the domestic and abroad correlated theoretical research drawn, this article builds up a brand-new Hotel-Staff-Training System——Hotel-Staff-Training System based on knowledge integration and makes a detailed analysis on the systematical structure, the foundation of data-base and the working process based on the platform of Knowledge Integration, taking Knowledge Integration as instruction at the height of the working system of the whole Hotel and complying with the characteristics of Staff Training of Hotel and the practical demands in Hotel. The systematical structures and process figures of Subsidiary Systems have been designed according to the functional departments of Hotel Staff Training (Training Demand subsidiary system, Training Plan subsidiary system, Training Implementation subsidiary system and Training Evaluation and Feedback subsidiary system), briefly analyzing the functions and objectives of the systems.Based on the Knowledge integrated Hotel Staff Training System, the Evaluation function has been carried on the empirical analysis, combining Data Mining Technology with Fuzzing Mathematics. With the data coming from Tianhua International Hotel, the calculations above have been used to do the comprehensive analysis on Hotel Staff Training System and the result has been proved to be good comparing with the exsiting Training model. According to the result, this article puts forward to the solution to improve Hotel Staff Training System, and provides the reference to carry on Staff Training for Hotel Industry. |
