Competition between enterprises is expanding between supply chains, and which causes agile supply chain. Characteristics of Agile supply chain is that sensitive market, and virtual chain, and process integration, and based on the network, and dynamic. The core enterprise as the center, through to control the cash flow, logistics flow and information flow, the enterprises that the supplier’s supplier and suppliers and manufacturers and customers and the customer’s customer has been integrated into a unified, seamless network.Optical communication industry is a rising industry and a global competitive industry. As the huge market demand and more competitors, if optical communication enterprise want win the competition, not only to compare prices with opponents, more important is the partner that customers and suppliers of the enterprise united for the demand of the market and rapid response, and to avoid the bullwhip effect and reduce cost, and finally to establish agile supply chain. Now most of the optical communication enterprise organizational structure and process are not really suitable for agile supply chain, which needs to process reengineering of enterprise, including the enterprise internal process and process between enterprises.This thesis first analyzes the research background to get the meaning that topic selection, and searches literature retrieval to get the research situation of the optical communication area and at last proposes the research content and research methods of this thesis.This thesis secondly analyzes the structure of supply chain and operation mode of optical communication industry, and researches the individual large enterprises which have adopted agile supply chain in optical communication industry, then researches other common enterprise, to get the process reengineering method and process reengineering scheme of optical communication enterprise based on agile supply chain.This thesis finally to B company as an example, puts forward the existing problems of B supply chain and process problems, by analyzing the problems to lead to the causes of these problems and B company suitable for the conditions of agile supply chain, established project management of B company’s process reengineering based on agile supply chain and thought scheme of the process reengineering projects for the management, and application effect of process reengineering is analyzed.
