Research On The Entrepreneurial Performance Of Start-ups From The Perspective Of Confucian Business Spirit

In recent years,with the support of government policies related to start-ups,China's entrepreneurship boom.However,with the changeable economic environment and rapid economic development,the development of start-ups is facing a series of problems.How to improve the entrepreneurial performance of start-ups,as well as let start-ups better survive in the current fierce environment has been the focus of many entrepreneurs.As an important symbol of enterprise development,performance plays an important role in enterprise development.Therefore,how to improve the entrepreneurial performance of start-ups is the key to the development of start-ups.In the previous studies,most scholars focused on entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial resources,innovation,social capital,dynamic capabilities and other perspectives to study the performance of entrepreneurial enterprises.This paper firstly sorts out the theories and literatures related to Confucianism and business spirit,enterprise culture and entrepreneurial performance of start-ups,and defines the connotation and dimension of Confucianism and business spirit,entrepreneurial performance of start-ups and corporate culture.The Confucian businessman spirit is constructed from the three dimensions of people-oriented business philosophy,diligent and dedicated work style and honest and credible competition view.The entrepreneurial performance of start-ups is studied from two aspects: growth performance and profit performance.The scale was constructed from three dimensions: employee participation,sense of value and mission,and environmental adaptability.It also discusses the influence of corporate culture on entrepreneurial performance from the perspective of Confucianism and business spirit.By combining existing studies and literatures,the theoretical model of this paper is finally constructed to provide methods and theoretical guidance for the improvement of entrepreneurial performance of start-ups.Based on the corresponding research hypothesis,this paper collected the corresponding index data through the online and offline questionnaire survey,and then used SPSS 23 to conduct the corresponding reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The research in this paper shows that Confucian business spirit canpositively influence the entrepreneurial performance of start-ups.Among them,the people-oriented business philosophy,the diligent and dedicated work style and the honest and credible competition view all have a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of start-ups.Enterprise culture can positively influence the entrepreneurial performance of start-ups.Among them,employee participation,sense of value and environmental adaptability all have significant positive effects on the entrepreneurial performance of start-ups.Confucian business spirit can positively influence corporate culture,among which,the people-oriented business philosophy,the diligent and dedicated work style and the honest and credible competition view all have a significant positive impact on the start-up enterprise culture.Corporate culture plays an intermediary role in the relationship between Confucian business spirit and entrepreneurial performance of start-ups.Among them,employee participation and sense of value mission play an intermediary role in the relationship between Confucian business spirit and entrepreneurial performance of start-ups.Based on the above empirical research results,combined with the spirit of Confucianism and business culture,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the improvement of entrepreneurial performance of start-ups.The biggest innovation of this article is based on the performance study of start-up,as the independent variable,in the spirit of intellectual businessman to enterprise culture as the intermediary variable,with business start-up performance as the dependent variable,build a research model,by theoretical discussion and empirical analysis method to test model,laid a theoretical basis for start-up business,start-up business for the future performance of the study provide theoretical framework and empirical basis.
