| This thesis starts with an exploration of theoretical factors including the contents and functions of corporate culture, its characteristics and relationship with the corporate competitiveness, the significance, principles and procedures of constructing a corporate culture. Then, based on a diagnostic survey and analysis of the present situation and existing problems of LL Food Production Company, the paper goes on to explore the feasibility of developing its corporate culture, which combines the traditional cultural conceptions of " honesty, practicality, unity and creativity" with the modern cultural with the contents of "efficiency, speed, economy and environment-friendliness". Finally, specific plans are offered concerning how to establish the kernel values, systems, codes of conducts, target image and its identification system of such a corporate culture are offered which will be a sure power to improve the unity, establish the corporate image, perfect the managing system, promote the stuff’s quality, and boost the competitive edge of the company, so that it develop healthily and sustainably. |
