Research On Corporate Culture Of JQ

Corporate culture is always the vital factor for the existence and sustainable development of enterprises.And it is embedded in the day-to-day management from the beginning of every enterprise,which has important effects on the cohesion of enterprise's organization,also on social influence and marketing competition of the enterprise.In China,there are more and more enterprises that have already emphasized the development of corporate culture.In the anticipation,the comprehensive benefits of the enterprises can be improved via modifying corporate culture.However,the development of corporate culture in China is still in the initial stage,so there are some defects in the developing and implementing process,which are easily neglected.Therefore,the corporate culture can hardly support and guide the sustainable development of enterprises.In order to fully release the active potential of the corporate culture it is very necessary to study and analyze the corporate culture deeply and entirely for finding a real way of developing the corporate culture.JQ power plant built recently is a new eco-friendly generation company,and has a typical demonstration.Aiming to erect the corporate culture for this company to improve the cohesion and marketing competition,the thesis mainly depends on the methodology of case analysis to provide references for developing the corporate culture of the similar state-owned generation companies.The corporate culture system and development prospect of JQ power plant is chosen as the case in the main content of the thesis,introduced in the main trace:1.the introduction of the company,2.the conclusion of the contemporary development of corporate culture and 3.the analysis of developing corporate culture methods and 4.the implementing of developing corporate culture methods to erect the case analysis of the corporate culture that can bring the experience of the case to all.The case study in the thesis is from the author's investigation and field study in person.All the data and references have been acquired by the author with the methods of bibliographic retrieval,interview,etc,and the conclusion has come from the methodologies of comparative analysis,summarizing,ratiocination,etc.After much bibliographic retrieval for reference,there is deep and complete analysis of the developing corporate culture in this thesis,and also there are ample theoretical foundations derived from basic concepts,value,structure and category.Meanwhile,the thesis has categorized and analyzed the concepts of domestic and overseas corporate cultures for providing authentic study foundations.Moreover,the thesis has started the case study of JQ power plant and then made the detail description,especially in the analysis of its current internal corporate culture development,and put forward the new mode of corporate culture of JQ power plant,coupled with the new operation mode.
