Corporate culture,as an important aspect of the soft power of an enterprise,plays a vital role in the development of enterprises,good positive enterprise culture can promote the development of enterprises,on the contrary,it will only hinder the pace of enterprise development.The correct enterprise values,perfect and suitable for the development of the enterprise system,and the fine style of behavior,in order to form a centripetal force and cohesion of staff to give employees a sense of belonging,inspire staff enthusiasm and creativity of the healthy corporate culture.With the development of the international market environment,the annual rate of enterprise development in our country is in the high-speed growth,but the level of corporate culture has failed to keep up with the pace of development,the overall level still lags behind the enterprise.RF company is a high-tech enterprise,founded 16 years,listed 5 years,there is a typical representative.RF company is facing a major issue at the present stage,how in the increasingly fierce competition in the market to establish RF company's characteristics,to promote sustainable development of enterprise culture,and improve the internal centripetal force of RF company and external competitiveness,so as to continuously adapt to the new development situation,this article will focus on the analysis the RF company's existing corporate culture,and find the way of promotion and the method is suitable for the development of RF enterprises.This paper through the collection of data and some background information of RF company,from three aspects:value level,system level and behavior level in-depth analysis,combined with the actual situation of RF company,to understand the overall development of the industry background,as well as RF's current stage of development,the enterprise internal environment and the external environment and other specific factors,for RF corporate culture put forward the way of promotion,and,in view of the construction of value system construction and behavior of construction and other aspects of the improvement measures,so as to achieve the goal of sustainable development of the long-term stability of RF company.
