| With the deepening of Reform and Opening Up policy and the development ofenterprises, the building of enterprise culture has caught the attention from all sectors inthe society, where the increasing amount of enterprises realize the colossal impact of theenterprise culture posed on their companies’ lifeline and development, as well as on itssustainable development. SG, a company established in2003and owns more than10years’ experience on providing education and training service, has been put significanceon its enterprise culture building. As a company focusing on education and trainingservice, SG has made magnificent progress on its enterprise culture building with itsconsistent discovering and practice, setting up a enterprise culture which not onlyaccommodates to its needs, but also provides spiritual support and direction for itssustainable development. Yet the enterprise culture building for an education and trainingcompany is quite different with ordinary companies. As an enterprise providing educationand training service, its culture building should focus both on its nature of being a publicwelfare and an ordinary company’s nature of making profits. For this, its culture buildingshares some common elements with other kinds of enterprises, but has more on theeducation and the feature it posed on the enterprise, which should consider therequirements and duty of being ‘educational’.This paper will focus on the research of SG’s actual situation, analysing the currentsituation of SG’s enterprise culture building while at the same time pointing out itsinsufficiency. The end of the paper would give a concrete research on the construction ofmaterial culture, of regulation culture, of spiritual culture and of behavior culture of theenterprise and provide suggestion for improvement. Though this paper is developed onthe culture of SG, it also elaborates the common problems existing in all the educationand training providers. Hope this paper would provide an effective reference model for itscounterparts. |
