The short life scale of family enterprises in China has attracted more and more attentions .There are many reasons for sustainable development of enterprise,in which the corporate culture is an important one .The corporate culture can affect the enterprise long-term competitive advantage,the core competitive power and the innovation which are significant to the sustainable development of enterprise .The article intends to probe into the sustainable development problem of family enterprises in China from the point of view of corporate culture.The outline of the article is as followed:Chapter 1 is an introduction,which introduces the background and signification of the research,briefly reviews the literatures of corporate culture and the sustainable development of enterprise and shows the framework and the approach.Chapter 2 is to focus on the theory of sustainable development of family enterprises,with the focus on the definition of family enterprises,the possibility and the theory of corporate lifecycle.Chapter 3 focuses on the corporate culture,with its basic connotation including concept and characteristics,the background and the reason,and the stage.Chapter 4 discusses the relations between the corporate culture and the sustainable development of enterprise .It begins with the function of the corporate culture,stating how it affects the sustainable development of enterprise and then figures out the cultural feature of enterprise needed to obtain sustainable development.Chapter 5 probes into the sustainable development problem of family enterprises in China from the point of view of corporate culture .It begins with a diagnosis to the corporate culture of family enterprises in China,discussing how it influences the lifecycle of family enterprises , and then proposes some countermeasures to reform the corporate culture of family enterprises so as to obtain sustainable development.
