In recent years, the car industry in our country has seen a great development and anincreasingly high competition from home and abroad. Managers in companies have paida great attention to every process of producing、marketing and after sales service. In thisdissertation, we have made great research into the marketing strategies of thecompany,through this we hope to increase the sales performance of the company andalso to improve the competence.Through an overall research into the present situation of the company, we haveknown a lot about the company’s sales organization, market region, products, prices,sales channels and so forth. After analyzing the existing problems in the marketing,R&D, brand name, image of the company, profit coordination between the factory andproxy and some protection measures to ensure the strategy to be followed, we havefound that some improvements can be made to make these problems better. Besides, wehave made a comparison between Yu Tong and Jin Long, mainly about the twocompetitors marketing organization, sales channels, market regions, pricing strategiesand overall competence. By referring to Jin Long’s experience, we have found ourways to improve the competing strategies of Yu Tong. Including brand strategies,market location strategies, sales combination strategies and some measurements toensure the implementation of these strategies.
