The thesis utilizes theory and method of modern marketing channels, analyzing the present additions and the existing problem in marketing channels management (channels structure, channels relations, channels behavior) of SIEMENS Company and competitors.The thesis look back to the development of marketing channels theory about marketing channels, such as the marketing channels structure theory, the marketing channels relations theory and the marketing channels behavior theory. On the above basis, the thesis analyzing the development of marketing channels management idea and practice in our country .On the basis of the market research , the competitive environment and the difference marketing channel because of the different product. The thesis explores the present conditions of marketing channels of SIEMENS refrigerator and competitors products and puts forward total design of marketing channels tactics of SIMENS refrigerator and some suggestions. Such as changing idea of marketing channels management, set up a flat marketing channels structure, pluralism marketing channels model and partner marketing channels relations.The thesis will take usefulness not only to the SIEMENS refrigerator market in shan'xi but also to the other market and brand in our country.
