The requirement of central air-conditioner has growth very quickly along with the fast growth of economy development and the quickly improvement of the level of people' life. But the central air-conditioner industry is faced with more austere competition than ever.Being a domestic central conditioner manufacturing enterprise, Tsinghua tongfang Artificial Environment Co., Ltd Developed very quickly in recent years.Now for tongfang ,setting up a suitable channel strategy is the most important thing . Thus,can he become more stronger than ever. The author has been with the sales division of Tongfang for more than three years, and thereby has the first-hand experience of the Hebei market. The author also strongly feels that since the Reform and Opening, while the market becomes more open,the competition between domestic and foreign corporations are much more intensive than before. It is also instructive to study how to set up a channel strategy, make best use of company resources and enhance its core competence.This research starts with the statement and combining with current development of the central air-conditioner industry. This research analyses the development and the competition environment of the central air-conditioner manufacturing enterprises in Chinese precisely from both the macroscopic and the industry. Then aiming at analyzing the present situation and problem existed in Hebei region . In the last part, the author gives the situable channels strategy in Hebei region. It places emphasis on three points in the process. First, must build up an hierarchy architecture for distributing channels. Second, implement total quality management. Third, enforce the intendance system.in this thesis, based on the modern market economy theories, the current sales performance of Tongfang in Hebei region has been thoroughly studied using analytical methods such as macroeconomic analysis, SWOT analysis,Boston matrix of product portfolio analysis and so on. Problems are identified, and possible solutions are proposed for the future strategic adjustment.
