The thesis utilizes theory and method of modern marketing channels, analyzing the present additions and the existing problem in marketing channels management (channels structure, channels relations, channels behaviour) of MIDEA Company and competitors.The thesis look back to the development of marketing channels theory in the one hundred years , analyzing many theory abut marketing channel ,such as the marketing channels structure theory, the marketing channels relations theory and the marketing channels behaviour theory. On the above basis, the thesis analyzing the development of marketing channels management idea and practice in our country.The thesis explores the present conditions of marketing channel of MIDEA air-conditioner and competitors products and puts forward total design of marketing channels tactics of MIDEA air-condition and some suggestions . such as changing idea of marketing channels management , set up a flat marketing channels structure, pluralism marketing channels model and partner marketing channel relations.
