Along with the continuous growth of national economy, heightening of people's living standard, and ever-growing population, ageing society, and escalating of medicine market in the countryside, the demand for new cures and drugs in China will be rising sharply. As a whole, the development of pharmaceutical enterprises is in a good state in China's national economy, and will have a brighter future. However, the issue that domestic pharmaceutical enterprises have weak competitive power is more serious, especially with China's entrance into WTO, which has to be solved as soon as possible. Every enterprise should think enough of the existing problems, cherish the opportunity, face the challenge brought by entering WTO, and analyze the influence on the medicine reform policy. The enterprise has to adjust its developing programme in accordance with the changes in the medicine market.In this thesis, on the side of domestic pharmaceutical enterprises, the author mainly studies the importance of building a prescription-marketing pattern and system corresponding to the development stages and product features in the present situation of medicine industry. The sales system of XHQSH Medicine Corporation is diagnosed and designed in the aspects of selecting the sales pattern, establishing the sales group, and managing the whole sales system. The conclusion of study is that the choice of marketing pattern should be paid enough attention to. To an enterprise, the best marketing pattern is just the one which most suits.This thesis consists of four sections. The first section describes the application of traditional marketing pattern in prescription sales for the medicine industry,analyzes three common patterns of prescription sales, and defines the application scope of every pattern. In the second section, XHQSH Medicine Corporation is served as the object of study. The author analyzes the necessity of adjusting the former marketing pattern after spending the initial opening stage, optimizing the marketing system for medium and small-sized pharmaceutical enterprises. The third section introduces how to establish the marketing system for XHQSH Medicine Corporation. The fourth section focuses on the new sales enforcement for the other medium and small-sized pharmaceutical enterprises. In the end, such conclusion is drawn: the domestic prescription marketing companies should build the sales pattern and sales group of its own according to its development stages and product features rather than copying the ones from foreign capital enterprises. The most suited is the best.The significance of this thesis lies in providing a reference for the medicine enterprises to build a prescription sales administrative system.
