The Study On Employees Loyalty Of Private Enterprise Based On Employee Participation Management

It is with the person this is the core idea of modern enterprise management, the private enterprise the most important job is to attract talents and keep talents, this need to private enterprise managers have vision.The employees involved in the management as the independent variable,employee loyalty for the dependent variable, interactive fair as intermediary variable, through theinteractive fair to study the employee participation in management and the relationship between the employee loyalty.In the study, the random sampling for various industries, different regionsof the employees carried on the questionnaire survey, and through the field aquestionnaire and the form of the Internet survey of300copies a questionnaire,statistics and tidied the effective176samples from the sample data through the SPSS17.0software, obtained the following conclusions:(1) the employee participation in management and employee loyalty was positively related;(2) the employee participation in management and interactive fair was positively associated with interactive fair employee loyalty was positively associated in the employees involved in the management and the relationship between the employee loyalty, interactive fair played a part of the intermediary role;(3) employee involved in the management characteristic variables have a significantinfluence.According to the empirical analysis results, the study of Chinese private enterprise puts forward several Suggestions:(l) managers have to pay attention to the communication between the enterprise interior;(2) carry out reasonable suggestion system, let employees for the development of the enterprise to offerwords;(3)managers have to learn to authorization;(4) the private enterprise tocreate a kind of employees involved in the management of the atmosphere;(5)respect employees, treat employees, management should have "human";(6) tostaff and enterprise grow up together;(7) the private enterprise to carry out the party construction enterprise and the ideological and political education work;(8) the private enterprise promote enterprise development potential and vision.
