The purpose of this paper is to identify the relationship between family members of staff welfare and employee loyalty, clear the mechanism between family members of staff welfare and employee loyalty. This paper studies the impact of employee benefits for the families to employee loyalty, improve the content of employee benefit plans to some extent, has a huge inspiration for the human resource management of the employee motivation theory and a strong implementation and practical operability.First, this paper studies employee benefits and employee loyalty and the related concepts literature; and then through the literature review and the insight of this research topic, defines the related concepts; third build the construction of the theoretical model and the questionnaire design, questionnaire survey for this research subject; finally, put the collected data of the questionnaire to through statistical analysis, Come to the conclusion.Through complete analysis, this paper concluded that companies provide for the welfare of its children enter a school policy, enterprises provide above the welfare of its children in policy and enterprise provide the families of the collective tourism policy and welfare of employees family welfare to employee loyalty to a certain extent, has a positive role in promotion. But the employee’s family welfare and employee behavior loyalty, no significant correlation suggests that the staff in the daily work of behaviour is not affected by family members of the welfare of employees.
