Human society entered in twenty-first Century,the important role of talent is becoming more and more prominent.Enterprise managers pay more and more attention to how to retain and attract talent,so many enterprises are faced with the problem of employee loyalty.This article through the H food company employee loyalty situation investigation and research.This paper attempts to analyze the real reasons for the lack of employee loyalty in the company and put forward some countermeasures,so as to provide enlightenment and reference for other enterprises to retain talents.In this paper,the author first studies the theory of loyalty to employees,and introduces the theory of hierarchy of needs,the theory of two factors and the theory of equity,which lays the foundation for the study.Secondly,using questionnaire method and interview method,random sampling survey of the H food company employee loyalty,and the results of the questionnaire were collected,based on this,analyses the current situation of employee loyalty H food company.Thirdly,construct the index system of factors influence employee loyalty H food company,by analyzing the influence factors using factor analysis method to the staff loyalty,points out the main factors influencing loyalty.Finally,from the internal enterprises,employees themselves,social environment and other three aspects to enhance the H food company employee loyalty suggestions and countermeasures.
