In 21st century, Creativity has become the most important theme in enterprises. For employees in enterprises, they are the most precious resource and generating creative ideas for enterprises. Thus, the creative employee is the key factor for maintaining the existence and development, they own advanced technology and intellectual capital. And loyal creative employees have positive effect on development for enterprises, they are the core human resources when cultivating the key competence and gaining advantages. Also, their employee loyalty is inevitable for protecting the rights, keeping secret and healthy development of enterprises. However, in current situation, the phenomena that turnover, commercial secret released, low job initiative, have become more and more prominent due to the low employee loyalty. Henceforth, how to cultivate and enhance the employee loyalty, especially for creative employees, is attracting the manager's attention and becoming the important goal for management.The thesis firstly distinguished the creative employees and non-creative employees, based on the literature review on the employee loyalty and creativity research, as well as analyzing the creative personality of creative employees. And then the thesis construct the loyalty management system for creative employees through the research on employee loyalty features, antecedents and cultivating measures of creative employees, which aims to cultivate and enhance the employee loyalty from different aspects and perspectives.The thesis got the main conclusions as follows based on the empirical study:①The creative personality of creative employees could construct from 5 dimensions: cleverness, risk-taking, confidence, suspicion and versatility.②The creative employees of different gender, age, education background and enterprise kind have significant difference on some dimensions of creative personality.③The creative employee loyalty can be divided into 3 dimensions, these are organization loyalty, career loyalty and leader loyalty; the creative employees'career loyalty is much higher, while their organizational and leader loyalty is lower comparatively.④The creative employees and non-creative employees shows quite significant difference on 3 dimensions of employee loyalty, the organizational, career and leader loyalty is much higher than that of non-creative employees. ⑤The creative employees with different age, enterprise kind, post and manage level have significant difference on some dimensions of employee loyalty.⑥The antecedents of creative employee loyalty can be divided into 3 dimensions: enterprise factor, job factor and social factor; and the creative employees with different age, education background, post and management level have significant different on some dimensions of employee antecedents.⑦The cultivating and enhancing measures of creative employee could be divided into 2 dimensions: enterprise system measure and employee need measure; the creative employees with different kinds have accordant understanding, only creative employee with different education background have fringe significant difference on employee need measure.The thesis construct the management system of creative employee loyalty, which mainly contains 3 dimensions: employee management dimension, enterprise culture and management system dimension, leadership dimension.
