This study regard petroleum enterprise employees as the research object, By using literature review, questionnaire, interview, this Paper an empirical research on the relationship between The Person-organization fit and the staff loyalty. Trying to explore and explain the influence elations between the two, and then provide guidance for the enterprise to improve employee loyalty, we will improve the mechanism of human resources management strategy for the enterprise to choose.The study use SPSS17.0software for factor analysis, descriptive analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis and so on. Almost all of the hypothesis have been Proved. The conclusion is that China’s oil enterprise staffs personal-organizational fit and employee loyalty are not high as a whole, second, There were significant correlation between the p-o fit and employee loyalty. It is significant predictive to the individual values, organizational fit for corporate loyalty. It is significant predictive to Organizational needs-personal ability for their loyalty to the team. It is significant predictive to Personal demand-supply organization fit their loyalty to the interests of good。And then put forward to improve the staffs loyalty from the perspective of the individual, enterprise management and social environment.
